PA6 exhibits moderate weather resistance. Long‑term exposure to ultraviolet radiation may trigger aging and deterioration of mechanical properties. Anti‑aging modification is mainly achieved by adding UV absorbers, light stabilizers and antioxidants. It enables PA6 to retain mechanical performance and color stability even after years of outdoor service.
